The SHIFT NURSE will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents. This individual will work closely with the nursing staff to ensure that each resident's needs are met and that they receive the highest standard of care.
As a nurse at Midwest Covenant Home Inc., you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents in a warm and welcoming environment. Your duties will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, directing unlicensed healthcare employees, and providing emotional support to residents and their families.
