Location: Kansas – Wichita, Topeka, Olathe, Overland Park
Job Type: Full-Time

Work Setting: On-site / Hybrid / Remote**

 

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 annually (based on experience) + bonuses + full benefits

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding ABA team across multiple Kansas locations.

Our organization is dedicated to delivering evidence-based ABA services that create meaningful, lasting change for children and their families. BCBAs here benefit from a collaborative culture, strong administrative support, and a true commitment to work-life balance and professional growth.

 

Schedule & Work Expectations:

• 40 hours per week
• 30 billable hours + 10 non-billable hours
• Bonus opportunities for billing above 30 hours/week
• Availability until 8:00 PM CST at least 3 evenings per week
• Administrative scheduling support to help maintain balance

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and update treatment goals as needed
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards , state regulations, and company policies

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Kansas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and managing ABA programs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Passion for making a positive impact in children’s lives
