HIRING 200 LICENSED JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIANS – CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA

Location - QTS Data Center – Cedar Rapids, IA

• One of the largest active data center projects in the Midwest
• Multiple buildings currently under construction and commissioning
• Long-term project with 2–3 years of work remaining
• Immediate hiring needs as the project enters a critical commissioning phase

Pay & Schedule

• $64/hour
• $175/day Per Diem
• 60–72 hours per week
• 13 Days On, 1 Day Off Schedule
• Long-term employment opportunity with steady overtime

Requirements (Must Have)

• Active Journeyman Electrician License
• Must hold either:
  • An Iowa Journeyman Electrician License , or
  • An active license from an approved reciprocal state
• No exceptions – all candidates must be licensed Journeyman Electricians

Approved Reciprocal States

Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Scope of Work

• Electrical terminations
• Feeder panels
• Cable pulling
• Commissioning and startup activities
• Large-scale data center construction

Project Details

• QTS Data Center – Cedar Rapids, Iowa
• Work currently taking place in five separate buildings
• Entering a major commissioning and startup phase
• No medium-voltage work required
• Stable, long-term project with significant overtime available
• Opportunity to work on one of the premier data center developments in Eastern Iowa

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $64.00 - $64.00/hr.
