We’re partnering with a well-established, growth-focused law firm seeking a Legal Assistant to join its high-performing Corporate team . This is a strong opportunity for an early-career legal professional to step into a fast-paced, deal-driven environment , supporting multiple attorneys on high-volume transactional work. The Opportunity You’ll play a critical role in supporting corporate transactions from inception through closing, working closely with attorneys and clients to ensure seamless execution. Key Responsibilities Draft and format correspondence and transactional documents Prepare, organise, and assemble closing documents and signature pages Maintain closing checklists and corporate minute books Coordinate document flow between attorneys and clients Support file openings, engagement letters, billing, and time entry Manage document comparisons and electronic filing systems What We’re Looking For 1–3 years’ experience in a corporate or transactional legal support role Proven ability to support multiple attorneys in a high-volume environment Strong experience with closing processes and documentation Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with document management systems (e.g. iManage) Exposure to time entry/billing systems (e.g. InTapp) Key Attributes Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Strong proofreading and written communication skills Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting Additional Information Fully office-based role in Minneapolis, MN Ideal for candidates who thrive in high-performance, deadline-driven environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
