Landscape Construction Project Manager

Position Overview

We're seeking a Landscape Construction Project Manager to oversee installation projects from planning through completion. This role works closely with design and field teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working outdoors, and is passionate about delivering exceptional landscapes and client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Manage landscape construction projects from start to finish
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
  • Coordinate project schedules, materials, and installation timelines
  • Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards throughout construction

Team Leadership

  • Lead and support installation crews and project support staff
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment
  • Conduct training sessions related to safety, equipment, and installation best practices

Client Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the construction process
  • Provide clear communication regarding project timelines, progress, and expectations
  • Maintain strong client relationships through professional service and responsiveness

Operations Coordination

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure project alignment and efficiency
  • Procure materials and coordinate resources necessary for project execution
  • Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with jobsite standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of landscape industry experience , preferably in construction or installation
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of landscape installation practices and plant material
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar programs)
  • Valid driver’s license
