Find more information about our AmazingWhat we do: The Logic Technology Development (LTD) organization delivers the latest process technology innovations to drive Intel's amazing product roadmap.What you will be considered for:**Program/Project managers are responsible for leading scientific research enabling the manufacture of innovative device architectures but not limited to:*** Lead scientific research enabling the manufacture of innovative device architectures coupled with the realization of these architectures.* Designing, executing, and analyzing experiments necessary to meet engineering specifications for their process.* Participate in the development of intellectual property.* Integrate the many individual steps necessary for the manufacture of complex microprocessors.* Ramp to manufacturing volumes to demonstrate the technology meets requirements while simultaneously transferring the technology to counterparts in manufacturing via the Copy Exactly Methodology.## **Qualifications:**You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.**Minimum Qualifications:*** The candidate must possess an Associate of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or a related semiconductor related field.* 20+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.* Semiconductor processing, Semiconductor fabrication, or nanotechnology such as: Design of experiments, Statistical Process Control (SPC, Computational Data Skills* 5+ years of experience in lithography track development.* 5+ years of experience in lithography track maintenance experience.* Advanced characterization: proficient in cross-section SEM sample preparation and imaging.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Semiconductor processing or device fabrication and/or nanotechnology* Experience leading projects and leading cross-functional teams.Take the first step towards an impactful career at Intel by applying today.
