Additional duties include respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, learn company products and services to better assist others, coordinate with other departments when needed, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, as well as help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, work with supervisors to meet daily goals.
