Job Overview Healthcare Scheduler – Golden, CO. We are seeking a detail‑oriented and compassionate Procedure Scheduler to join our administrative team. The role ensures smooth coordination of all procedures and testing appointments, and serves as the central point of contact for patients, physicians, and lab staff. Key Responsibilities Schedule procedures for new and established patients. Coordinate lab testing appointments and catheter lab procedures. Manage all cardiovascular procedure scheduling across the company. Use Excel and Outlook Calendar to organize and track appointments. Communicate and coordinate with catheterization lab physicians and staff. Verify patient demographics and insurance details. Confirm all procedure appointments and provide patient education as needed. Deliver courteous and compassionate service to patients, vendors, staff, and physicians. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum of 6 months experience or an internship in a professional setting, with knowledge of Outlook and basic calendar management. Great typing skills and ability to use multiple systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filter/sort, multiple tabs). Ability to train in a new job. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
