BPS is seeking an experienced (3+years) Project Engineer responsible for the project coordination support on client's initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Works with department management to secure necessary resources to meet project objectives.
• Consults and works cross functionally to influence and promote change to deliver the successful execution of projects.
• Monitors, tracks, and documents project status and identifies opportunities to ensure targets are met.
• Ensures company documentation related to projects is maintained and updated for compliance with current regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
• Assist with project status communications, training, and orientation of key stakeholders, as required.
• Ability to present project status and findings as required to a variety of levels throughout the organization.

Position Requirements:

• 3-5 years of large scale project development in pharmaceutical industries.
• Background in Capital projects.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required. Professional Engineer License or cGMP Certification is a plus.
• Contract knowledge and project phase’s works.
• Competent in computer skills, including MS Project, Microsoft Office suite and Google platforms.
• Applicant must also have excellent interpersonal skills and be self-motivated.
• Demonstrated experience in personnel management and customer service skills
• Possess excellent communication and oral skills, in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with budget and estimates of capital projects.
• Capable of writing clear and comprehensive reports.
• Highly motivated with great organizational, team, and customer service skills
