Supporting a dynamic mix of commercial and government aviation customers, the full-time FAA Licensed Flight Dispatcher will manage real-time flight operations, flight planning, and customer coordination in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming trip requests and develop compliant flight plans based on operational requirements Monitor active flights and provide real-time operational support to flight crews, assessing risks and coordinating changes Deliver professional preflight and enroute briefings while maintaining accurate dispatch documentation and compliance Required Qualifications FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate Previous professional flight dispatch experience, preferably in Part 121, Part 135, military, or international operations Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills in time-sensitive operational environments Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Proficiency with modern dispatch systems and digital collaboration tools
