HV Talent Group is partnering with a well-established, rapidly growing construction organization seeking a dynamic executive administrative assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment. This role requires discretion, organization, strong communication, and the ability to keep executives prepared, responsive, and focused while the company scales.
Responsibilities include managing calendars, meeting coordination, travel, logistics, and shifting executive priorities with precision and discretion. Prepare agendas, meeting packets, reports, presentations, recruiter materials, and follow-up notes as needed. Support executive communication, correspondence, document organization, and deadline tracking. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders in a polished, professional manner. Maintain organized files, accurate records, and clean follow-through on action items.
Strong candidates bring strong experience supporting senior executives in construction, real estate, professional services, or another fast-paced business environment. Exceptional organization, judgement, confidentiality, and follow-through. Strong written communication and professional polish with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, presentation preparation, and general document management. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
