We're looking for someone who can drive revenue through strategic email and WhatsApp campaigns. If you thrive on metrics, love optimizing customer journeys, and want to see your campaigns directly impact sales, this role is for you. The Role You'll own our dual-channel marketing strategy: managing email campaigns and WhatsApp messaging to drive repeat purchases, recover abandoned checkouts, increase average order value, and build customer loyalty in the fashion space. This is a focused, hands‑on position where your decisions directly influence revenue. Design & execute email campaigns that segment audiences, test messaging, and convert browsers into buyers Manage WhatsApp marketing flows using Klaviyo (if you've experience with another tool we can try that), promotional sequences, and customer re‑engagement campaigns Monitor & report critical metrics to optimize performance continuously A/B test subject lines, copy, timing, and offers to maximize open rates, click rates, and conversions Collaborate with the team on seasonal changes and special promotions Identify trends & opportunities in customer behavior to inform strategy Requirements Must-Have Experience
