Boater's World Marine Centers is seeking a driven Consignment Sales Consultant whose primary focus is bringing boats into the dealership, not standing on the showroom floor waiting for walk-in buyers. This is a proactive, outbound-driven role centered on outreach, follow-up, and relationship building with boat owners looking to sell.
This is not a passive sales position. Success in this role comes from energy, persistence, organization, and the ability to manage a large pipeline of conversations at once. If you enjoy making calls, working leads, following up consistently, and keeping deals moving forward you'll thrive here.
