About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Impact Officer (CIO) to join their Senior Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's programmatic future. The CIO will be responsible for driving innovation, scaling impact, and ensuring that all initiatives deliver measurable outcomes and long-term sustainability. This key position requires a leader who can align mission outcomes with revenue growth, and who is adept at using data-driven insights to position the organization as a sector leader. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of leadership experience in program management, impact evaluation, or organizational strategy, with a strong preference for those with a Masters degree in a related field. Expertise in change management, organizational transformation, and a commitment to equity and innovation in mission-driven work are essential.

The successful CIO will be the architect of the company's program strategy, execution, and measurement, with a focus on maximizing impact for the communities they serve. Strong analytical skills, experience in designing program metrics and evaluation frameworks, and a proven track record in scaling programs and leading cross-functional teams are required. The role demands exceptional communication, facilitation, and leadership abilities, and a background in non-profit and/or military service is a plus. The CIO will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to ensure that the organization's programs are not only effective but also sustainable, and that they continue to meet the evolving needs of the communities they support.
