About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to serve as its senior administrative and organizational effectiveness leader. The role requires a proven track record in leading strategic plan implementation, organizational effectiveness initiatives, and enterprise-wide change management. Strong knowledge of governance, compliance, and risk management is essential, as is the ability to develop and maintain systems for identifying and mitigating organizational risks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, and a commitment to ethical leadership and mission-focused decision-making. Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization and knowledge of grant-funded programs are also highly valued.
