Chemical Plant Operator
Pay : $27.00 - $31.00/hour
Shift : 1st shift 7am to 4pm
Location : Pasadena, TX 77507

About the Role:
Integrity Trade Services is hiring an experienced Chemical Plant Operator for a leading chemical manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for safely operating batch processes, handling chemical materials, transferring products, and maintaining accurate documentation while following all plant safety procedures and DOT regulations. Candidates should have prior batch chemical plant experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Chemical Plant Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate batch processes safely and efficiently, including reactions, blending, and chemical handling
• Load, unload, and transfer raw materials and finished products respecting safety and DOT regulations
• Collect samples and complete all required documentation accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the plant area
• Assist and participate in on-the-job training and perform all qualified jobs as assigned

Chemical Plant Operator Required Skills:

• Chemical handling and batch operations experience
• Knowledge of safety procedures, hazard communication, and MSDS
• Ability to transfer materials and label containers correctly
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Team player with a positive safety attitude

Chemical Plant Operator Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience as a batch chemical plant operator or similar role
• Strong commitment to safety and operational discipline
• Knowledge of batch sheets, plant equipment, and raw materials
• Ability to follow procedures, write reports, and communicate effectively
• Certification or capability to certify in forklift operation per QMP-S017
• Must be able to pass screenings
