Position Compounder / Batch Maker – Second Shift (2:30pm – 11:00pm) – Manufacturing plant. Responsibilities Accurately weigh raw materials Accurately document standard and non‑standard making procedures Transfer products to holding tanks Sample and test raw materials and batches Maintain equipment and facility cleanliness Perform basic maintenance on equipment, tools, scales, etc. Participate in departmental improvement activities such as SOP writing, safety audits, and project teams Qualifications High school education with basic math and writing skills Minimum 6 months of related experience Ability to lift up to 70 lbs frequently Familiarity with processing equipment and SOPs Knowledge and willingness to perform basic maintenance procedures Excellent attendance and willingness to work weekends Benefits $22.00 – $26.00 per hour, depending on experience, with shift differential and bonus 34 total paid days off annually (vacation, sick, holidays) Medical benefits effective on your first day 401(k) with company match effective on your first day EEO Statement Kao USA is an equal opportunity employer, including disability/vets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
