Job Description

Position Title: Welder Fabricator

Wage: $25-$28/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6am-3:30pm

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to produce high-quality welded and fabricated components. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works with precision, and can follow detailed instructions to assemble and repair metal products. This is an associate to hire opportunity in Mukwonago, WI.

Welder Fabricator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints and schematics for complex assemblies
- Cut, trim, and shape metal and other materials using hand and power tools
- Weld, solder, and braze components together accurately
- Align parts and secure them using bolts, screws, and other fasteners
- Collaborate with robotic equipment (cobots) to assemble components
- Identify and repair defective components in finished products
- Maintain quality standards and ensure safety procedures are followed

Welder Fabricator Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, torches, and grinders
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Welding certification or related experience preferred
- Attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Comfortable learning and operating collaborative robotic equipment
