Coffee Bar Team Member

This position pays a base hourly rate of $14.50 plus an average of $2-$4 per hour in tips and amazing perks. Total compensation is subject to applicable state and federal minimum wage laws.

We're seeking energetic, friendly, and customer service-driven individuals to become part of our growing coffee family. No prior coffee experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to help you master the art of coffee. All you need is a passion for coffee and a willingness to learn!

Job Requirements:

Minimum age requirement of 16 years of age or older
Must possess the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform job duties, including following safety procedures and communicating with customers and team members. Bilingual skills are a plus!
Must have flexible availability to work closing hours and/or weekends

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks
Greet and connect with customers to create amazing experiences and start their day off right
Take accurate orders and process payments quickly and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, keeping the store ready for the morning rush
Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
Work as part of a fun, fast-paced team to deliver friendly and consistent service
