Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Conference Room Maintenance

• Perform regular checks of all conference rooms.
• Test all AV equipment, including:
• Hardware power status
• Remote controls (battery levels)
• Audio and video functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.
• Ensure rooms are well-maintained and presentable.
• Work with the facilities team for any physical space issues.

2. Monitoring & Issue Resolution

• Use monitoring tools to identify and respond to AV issues quickly.
• Provide on-site support for users facing AV problems.
• Troubleshoot live meeting/conference issues.

3. User Support & Training

• Assist users with AV setup and troubleshooting.
• Conduct training sessions covering:
• Equipment usage
• Best practices
• General AV support

4. Ticketing & Coordination

• Manage and respond to ServiceNow tickets/work requests.
• Collaborate with the global AV team for system improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all AV-related needs at the site.

5. Projects & Enhancements

• Support AV-related projects and upgrades.
• Assist in implementing changes to the AV environment.

Required Skills

• Experience as an AV Technician / Audio Video Support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for:
• Audio systems
• Video conferencing tools
• AV hardware
• Experience with conference room technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
