Art Director We are seeking a full-time Art Director to lead the visual expression of a modern, design-driven brand across campaign, digital, retail, and editorial touchpoints. This role is ideal for a highly creative leader who can shape original concepts, translate strategy into standout visuals, and deliver cohesive work that feels elevated, intentional, and culturally relevant. The Art Director will play a key role in defining how the brand shows up in the world, ensuring each asset reflects a refined point of view and a strong sense of storytelling.
In this position, you will guide creative development from early concept through final execution, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to bring launches, seasonal moments, product stories, and brand initiatives to life. You will help establish and evolve visual standards, oversee art direction across channels, and ensure consistency while pushing the work forward creatively. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both conceptual strength and executional excellence.
The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of branding, design, photography, and content production, along with experience leading high-impact creative in fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer spaces. You should be comfortable directing shoots, reviewing layouts, refining visual systems, and mentoring other creatives while maintaining a sharp eye for detail and a clear editorial perspective.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development of creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, seasonal storytelling, and brand initiatives
• Oversee visual execution across digital, social, email, print, retail, packaging, and other customer-facing channels
• Maintain and evolve brand identity standards to ensure consistency and excellence across all creative output
• Partner with marketing, merchandising, production, and leadership teams to align creative work with brand and business goals
• Direct photo shoots, content productions, and key brand moments with strong taste and attention to narrative
• Review and provide clear feedback on design, photography, video, typography, and layout
• Create frameworks, guidelines, and processes that improve quality, efficiency, and collaboration
• Manage, mentor, and inspire designers and creative contributors
Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience in art direction, creative leadership, or brand design roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality campaign development, storytelling, and visual execution
• Experience building creative across multiple channels within a fast-paced brand environment
• Strong understanding of photography, video, typography, composition, and design systems
• Excellent creative judgment and the ability to deliver thoughtful, actionable feedback
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Ability to balance concept development with organization, prioritization, and team leadership
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or luxury-inspired branding preferred
