If you have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for building relationships, and a commitment to exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you! This position offers flexibility with the option to work remotely. Because we value in-person collaboration for training, team building, and strategic meetings, qualified candidates must live within reasonable traveling distance to one of our VT or NH locations. What You Bring: Prior industry exposure An active Property & Casualty License A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and reliability A team-oriented mindset and high level of self-motivation Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities A passion for delivering outstanding customer service Proficiency with computer systems and efficient, accurate data entry Experience using AMS 360 or a similar agency management system preferred not required The Richards Group has joined IMA’s national platform, giving our teams access to expanded resources, new career pathways, enhanced strength, and employee ownership opportunities, all while preserving the local leadership and deep community roots that define who we are.

Salary Range

$45,000—$55,000 USD
