Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a warehouse worker, where you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods within a bustling warehouse environment. This position offers opportunities for growth and development, with a focus on shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving duties efficiently.
• Stock shelves, sort packages, and organize items to ensure an orderly warehouse.
• Scan, label, and mark inventory accurately.
• Utilize an RF scanner for tracking and inventory management.

Essential Skills

• General labor experience.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, shipping, and stocking.
• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack.
• Experience in picking, packing, and loading orders.
• Proficiency with RF scanners and material handling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• 0 - 6 months of related experience.

Work Environment

Experience a fast-paced warehouse environment with narrow aisles, where safety-conscious navigation is key. The temperature varies with the seasons, with the warehouse being heated in winter and hot in summer, equipped with fans and water coolers. Dress in light, breathable layers, and wear appropriate footwear such as sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes. Open-toe shoes, sandals, flats, and heels are prohibited.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
